10/5 update

It's clear that we will not be ready to shoot on Tuesday night the 7th, as we had originally hoped. The costumes are proving to be a bit more of a problem that we'd originally expected although Karen Valovcin is making great progress.  On Thursday the 9th, Don Warnock and I, along with interested students, will do some lighting tests and shoot some samples.  Ideally, the bar and set dressing will be completed by that time too.  Our new goal is to begin shooting on Columbus Day, the 13th.  I would like to add a couple more scenes since we will have the whole day.  This will keep us on schedule to get this done in good time.

Norma Jane Langdon is currently doing a rewrite on the script.  She has vowed to make the characters feistier.  That sounds good to me, and from what I've seen so far, it adds an additional richness to the characters.  David Reitano is also contributing several embellishments also.
